What I have seen more than ever is that most people see a pipe dream when it comes to their goals, they want to look like that guy or that girl, they want the end result but they don't want to do what it takes to get there or maybe it’s that they don't understand what it takes. "Everybody wants to go to heaven but no one is willing to die"!
Hi, my name is Carly Williams and I am proud to be a part of CWPT because I too stand for the vision behind the brand, to help enfluence other to better their life. Below is my 5 TOP FIVE TIPS for staying in shape, and not gaining an excessive amount of body fat during vacation
Vacation is something we all look forward to, exploring new places, meeting new people and tasting new foods. This is where we all relax take time out have what we fancy to eat and drink (letting our hair down) especially if you’re at an all-inclusive resort like I just come back from.
we work so hard, on a strict diet exercising everyday pushing ourselves to lose a extra few pounds to look and feel great and confident in the pictures, and for all the new bikinis we purchased.
Just a few days in we slowly start to feel ourselves feeling bloated, watery and snugger in the nice new dresses we bought that once fitted so well. Instantly feeling we have gone backwards, Let me share with you my top five tips I implemented over my recent vacation to the Maldives.
1 Chose wisely
you’re in charge of what you choose to eat, so choose wisely. My top picks are: chicken, steak or salmon if you’re a vegetarian white fish or two eggs, sweet potato fries, jacket potato or white Jasmin rice, along with a fresh side salad. This gives you great quality source of protein, fats & carbohydrate’s a big enough meal to feed your cravings. Go for a bigger quality main meal skip a starter. 2 Control Alcohol intake Alcohol on vacation is normally a must for most, even more so when we go
on an all-inclusive package. if you know you will be having a few drinks in the evenings more than the days, drink a higher amount of water in the days and vice versa, do the same for day to night. This will help your body flush the toxins from your body from the alcohol.
3 Alcohol choice Some will also choose a lighter beer for less calories, this isn’t always the best choice as we tend to drink more, wine on the other hand we tend to sip and have just a few. Wine has around 120 calories per glass. This may be a better overall choice.
4 Staying active Staying active during your vacation is crucial to staying on track especially When we are eating that bit more and consuming alcohol, getting your body moving gets us warmer breaking int o a sweat. This will get your body burning fuel which is the fat, extra walks site seeing’s, water sports are all still fun whilst keeping us on track. You will also fell more alive like you have more energy to enjoy your holidays to the fullest.
5 Planning ahead Planning ahead is always a good move, implementing these 5 tips Will give you the desire to push further and will make you feel in control And enjoy your vacation going home ready to go again.
To sum up your holiday eating abits really depends on ware you are and What your goals are.
Key is to do what make you happy, I followed these tips on my recent vacation and I feel much better coming back than previous vacation. My aim is to always have a balance between the naughty food and the healthy foods pushing a more healthy balanced liftyle
I’m going to throw this in there now so we are all on the same level, squatting, leg pressing, deadlifting, rowing, pressing, dipping style exercises are great movements that will put the most amount of stress on your body. These movements are what your workout plan should be based around for an increase in strength, mass, and testosterone.
I am sat on a flight back to Dubai after a surprise vacation for my 33rd birthday, which was a gift from my wife.
We have spent 4 days in the Maldives, which is a dream destination, it was so beautiful, so picturesque.
What a place to reflect on the year that has passed, plan and get excited about the year to come, whilst appreciating the now, where we are, what got us to this point and the position we are blessed to be in.
We travel more than most and we have been fortunate enough to visit some incredible places in the world and each time we have we have returned with more value, respect, and awareness of the world we live in.
WE ALL are gifted with the ability to break boundaries mentally and physically, we can achieve whatever we believe, our thoughts become things, we manifest ideas and visions when focusing so strongly on them but obviously within the laws of physics and our genetic limitations, even then I am still not totally convinced, I honestly believe that anything is POSSIBLE, anything!
When I first started out, I just wanted to train to look good. The more I lifted the more I enjoyed the actual Physical aspect and challenge. Even today, although I have competitive goals, the training and the challenge of pushing myself are what attract me to bodybuilding the most!
